Are you an Archaeologist in the making? Do you enjoy history and discovering new things? 

Come along to Surrey History Centre on Saturday 8th March where there will be REAL artefacts to explore and discover for children of all ages. There will also be arts and craft activities such as make your own Saxon village and scratch pot art as well as historical costumes to play dress up... and better still, it’s all for FREE!

You can also take a behind the scenes tour where you will discover the 6 miles of shelving in our strongrooms, housing documents dating back to the 12th Century (pre booking essential), hear a free talk, and view a special document display in our searchroom.
