Wheatsheaf Recreation Ground is only 10 minutes by walk from the town centre.

There is a play area suitable for up to 14 years (temporarily closed for health reason till further notice. There some ground courts such as football pitches, cricket pitch, sports pavilion.

Kid can use the space for running or playing with a ball. Ideal space to rest after some shopping in town.
There are public toilets. Some car park spaces are available on the main side road. Ideally better to leave the car in Town.
