The Lightbox
The Lightbox is an award-winning art gallery and museum, based in the heart of Woking, Surrey.As an independent charity, we believe in the transformative power of visual arts and deliver our mission through a programme of modern and contemporary visual art, outreach activity, and housing The Ingram Collection and Woking's Story.
Our inclusive and diverse learning and wellbeing programmes create lasting impact for our local communities including those affected by mental health issues and dementia. We also work with schools and young people and are passionate about the role that cultural institutions have in fostering the development of young minds
General admission to The Lightbox is free which includes our Café Stretched & Fired, Shop, Art Fund Prize Gallery and Woking's Story museum.
Admission to our temporary exhibitions in the Main and Upper Galleries is ticketed.

Pay What You Wish Wednesday Mornings. 10.30am–12.30pm every Wednesday.Available to all - no minimum donation. Pay what you wish for entry to all our gallery spaces.
